manage.tickets Beta Terms of Use
Version: Beta 1 - Effective date: October 18, 2026
1. About these Terms
1.1. These Beta Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Manage Tickets LLC ("manage.tickets", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your use of the manage.tickets website, dashboard, and every related service, feature, and communication (together, the "Service").
1.2. You accept these Terms by checking the box that says you have read and agree to them, and then clicking "I agree". If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.3. If you accept these Terms for a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business, and "you" then means both you and that business.
1.4. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, and it forms part of these Terms.
1.5. Some sections of these Terms limit our liability and require disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration instead of in court or in a class action. Please read Section 20 carefully.
2. The Service is a beta
2.1. The Service is in a closed beta. It is pre-release software, offered by invitation only, to test how it works and to collect feedback before a public launch.
2.2. Because it is a beta:
- features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, with or without notice;
- the Service may contain errors, may be unavailable at times, and may behave differently than described;
- we do not promise any level of uptime, speed, or support;
- information shown in the Service, including game dates and times from outside sources, may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
2.3. We take care to keep your data safe through every change, as the Privacy Policy describes. Even so, you should keep your own records of anything important to your business, and use the export feature regularly.
2.4. We may end the beta, or move to a public version with new terms, at any time. Where we end the Service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email where we reasonably can, so you can export your data.
3. Who may use the Service
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
3.2. The Service is a business tool for people and businesses that buy and resell event tickets. It is not offered for personal, family, or household use.
3.3. During the beta, the Service is offered only in the United States, and only to people we have invited.
3.4. You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended or removed you, or if the law forbids you from receiving it.
4. Accounts and security
4.1. Every person who uses the Service has their own account, tied to their own email address. You may not share your account, your sign-in codes, or your passkeys with anyone.
4.2. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, and you may add passkeys on your devices. You are responsible for keeping your email account and your devices secure.
4.3. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once at support@manage.tickets if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
4.4. You agree to give us accurate information and keep it current.
5. Businesses, Owners, and team members
5.1. Your data lives inside a "Business". The person who created the Business is its "Owner". The Owner may invite other people as "Team members" and set exactly what each of them may see and do.
5.2. The Owner is responsible for:
- who is invited into the Business, and what permissions each person holds;
- the actions of every Team member inside the Business, as if they were the Owner's own;
- removing or pausing a person's access when it should end;
- telling Team members that their actions inside the Business are recorded in its history, and that the Owner and any Manager allowed to may view that history.
5.3. If you are a Team member, you use the Service on behalf of the Business, and the Owner controls your access. The Owner may change, pause, or remove your access at any time. Data you enter into a Business belongs to that Business, and stays in it after your access ends.
5.4. If people disagree over who controls a Business, we follow our records of who the Owner is. We may ask for proof, and we may pause the Business until the disagreement is settled. We are not responsible for resolving disputes between the people inside a Business.
6. Your data
6.1. "Your Data" means everything you or your Team members enter into the Service or bring into it, including tickets, purchases, prices, listings, sales, notes, tags, and files you upload for import.
6.2. You keep every right you have in Your Data. We claim no ownership of it.
6.3. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, process, display, and transmit Your Data, only as needed to:
- run, secure, support, and improve the Service;
- follow your instructions and your settings, including your data-sharing choice in Section 7;
- comply with the law.
6.4. You confirm that you have every right needed to put Your Data into the Service, and that doing so breaks no law and no agreement you are part of, including the terms of any marketplace or ticket seller.
6.5. Do not enter full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, government ID numbers, passwords, or the personal information of ticket buyers, except in fields we build for that purpose. The "Paid with" field is meant for a card label only, such as "Amex Gold 1005".
6.6. You may export Your Data at any time through the Service, in CSV or Excel format.
6.7. You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Data, and for the decisions you make from it.
7. Data sharing and Private mode
7.1. By default, a Business shares its ticket data (listings, seats, costs, prices, and sales) with manage.tickets. We use it to promote that Business's tickets to more buyers, to understand the market, and to improve the Service.
7.2. The Owner sees this choice, with a switch, during the welcome setup, before the Business starts. The Owner may turn the switch off at that moment, or at any time afterward in the Business settings. Turning it off places the Business in "Private mode".
7.3. In Private mode, our own screens and tools show none of the Business's ticket data, and we do not use it to promote the Business's tickets. We will not look at a Private mode Business's ticket data, except where:
- the Owner asks us to, for example to help with a problem;
- we must, to keep the Service secure, to stop fraud or abuse, or to comply with the law.
7.4. Private mode is a promise about what we will do. It does not mean we are technically unable to see the data: the people who run the Service's servers can technically read the database. The Privacy Policy explains how we protect it.
7.5. Whatever the switch shows, we may create statistics from data across many Businesses, where no Business, person, or listing can be identified from the result, and use them for any lawful purpose.
7.6. Listing or selling a Business's tickets on any manage.tickets sales channel is not part of this switch. That would need a separate agreement, which you would accept on its own.
8. Your responsibilities as a ticket reseller
8.1. You alone are responsible for how you buy, hold, price, list, sell, and deliver tickets, and for following every law and rule that applies to you. These include, where they apply:
- the federal Better Online Ticket Sales Act (the "BOTS Act"), which prohibits getting around a ticket seller's security measures, purchase limits, or access controls, and prohibits selling tickets obtained that way;
- the Federal Trade Commission's Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees, which requires the total price of a live-event ticket, with all mandatory fees, to be shown clearly and up front wherever a price is shown;
- state and local ticket resale laws, including licensing, price disclosure, refund, and "speculative listing" rules, which differ from place to place;
- sales tax, income tax, and reporting rules for your sales;
- the terms of every ticket seller, team, venue, and marketplace you deal with.
8.2. You will not use the Service to:
- record, list, or sell tickets you obtained through bots, automated software, multiple false identities, or any way of getting around purchase limits or security measures;
- record, list, or sell tickets you know or should know are counterfeit, stolen, duplicated, already used, or bought with stolen payment details;
- list tickets you do not hold or have no right to sell, where the law or the marketplace forbids it;
- mislead buyers about seats, prices, fees, delivery, or the condition of tickets.
8.3. manage.tickets is an inventory and record-keeping tool. We do not buy, sell, hold, or deliver tickets, we are not a party to any sale between you and a buyer or marketplace, and we do not guarantee that any ticket sells.
9. Information from other services
9.1. The Service shows information from other services, including game, team, and venue information from Ticketmaster. We do not control that information. It may be incomplete, late, or wrong, and it may change or stop.
9.2. Always confirm important details, such as a game's date, time, status, and venue, with the official source before you rely on them.
9.3. When we flag a game as postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, we pass on what the outside source reports. We do not promise to catch every change, or to catch it in time.
9.4. Where the Service connects to a marketplace or other outside service on your behalf, your use of that service is governed by its own terms, and you are responsible for following them. We are not responsible for what an outside service does, for its fees, or for its decisions about your account.
10. Reports, numbers, and advice
10.1. The Service calculates costs, fees, payouts, profit, stock value, and other figures from the information you and outside services provide. These figures are for your convenience. They may be wrong if the information behind them is wrong.
10.2. Nothing in the Service is tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. Check important figures, and talk to a qualified professional about your taxes and your books. Marketplaces may send you their own tax forms, such as Form 1099-K, which you should reconcile with your records.
10.3. Figures marked "Sample" are examples for showing how a screen works. They are not your data, and you must not rely on them.
11. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not let anyone else:
- use the Service in a way that breaks any law or anyone else's rights;
- try to reach any data, account, or Business you are not allowed to reach;
- probe, scan, or test the Service's security, unless we have agreed in writing;
- copy, scrape, or harvest the Service or its data by automated means, except through features we provide;
- copy, change, or build on the Service's software, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this despite this limit;
- overload or disrupt the Service, or put harmful code into it;
- resell, rent, or give access to the Service to anyone outside your Business;
- use the Service to build a competing product;
- remove or hide any notice of ownership in the Service.
12. Beta confidentiality
12.1. The beta is private. While it lasts, you agree:
- not to publish screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of the Service, its features, or its design;
- not to share your access or show the Service to anyone outside your Business;
- to use what you learn about the Service only to test it and give us feedback.
12.2. This does not cover information that is already public through no fault of yours, that you already knew lawfully, or that the law requires you to disclose.
12.3. We may lift these limits at any time, for example when the Service launches publicly.
12.4. We keep Your Data confidential as these Terms and the Privacy Policy describe.
13. Feedback
13.1. We welcome your ideas, suggestions, and reports of problems ("Feedback"). You give us permission to use any Feedback in any way, without paying you and without any duty to you. We will not name you publicly as its source without your permission.
13.2. Feedback never gives us rights in Your Data.
14. Our property
14.1. The Service, its software, design, text, graphics, and the names and logos of manage.tickets belong to us or to those who license them to us. These Terms give you only the right to use the Service as they allow.
14.2. Other names and marks shown in the Service, such as those of teams, venues, ticket sellers, and marketplaces, belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those owners endorse or work with us.
15. Fees
15.1. The Service is free during the beta.
15.2. If we later introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance. We will never charge you unless you choose a paid plan and agree to its price.
16. Suspension and ending
16.1. You may stop using the Service at any time. An Owner may close their Business in the settings.
16.2. We may suspend or end your access, or a Business's access, at any time, with or without notice, including if:
- you break these Terms;
- your use creates a risk for us, for other users, or for anyone else;
- the law requires it;
- the beta ends.
16.3. Where we end access for a reason other than a serious breach, a risk, or the law, we will give the Owner at least 30 days to export the Business's data, where we reasonably can.
16.4. When a Business closes, we delete its data as the Privacy Policy describes.
16.5. Sections 6.4, 6.7, 7.5, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 17 to 22 continue after these Terms end.
17. Disclaimers
17.1. THE SERVICE IS A BETA, AND IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS.
17.2. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
17.3. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, THAT ANY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR KEPT WITHOUT LOSS, THAT ANY GAME INFORMATION IS CORRECT, OR THAT ANY TICKET WILL SELL.
18. Limits on our liability
18.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SALES, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE. THIS INCLUDES LOSSES FROM A MISSED OR LATE SALE, A WRONG PRICE, A WRONG OR LATE GAME DATE OR STATUS, A FAILED SYNC, OR A PERIOD WHEN THE SERVICE WAS UNAVAILABLE.
18.2. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100).
18.3. These limits apply whatever the legal theory, and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some places do not allow some of these limits, and in those places they apply only as far as the law allows.
19. Your promise to cover us
You will defend and hold harmless manage.tickets, and its owners, employees, and contractors, against any claim, loss, penalty, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- tickets you or your Business bought, held, listed, sold, or delivered;
- Your Data;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your breach of any law, or of any marketplace's or ticket seller's terms;
- anything done by a Team member of your Business.
We will tell you of any such claim, and you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault for us without our written consent.
20. Resolving disputes
20.1. Talk to us first. Before starting any claim, you and we each agree to send the other a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought, and to try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. Notices to us go to support@manage.tickets.
20.2. Binding individual arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by final and binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before one arbitrator. The arbitration will take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or by video, as the arbitrator decides. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
20.3. No class actions. You and we may bring claims against each other only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, group, or representative action. The arbitrator may not join claims of more than one person, and may not preside over any class, group, or representative proceeding.
20.4. No jury. YOU AND WE EACH GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO HAVE A DISPUTE DECIDED BY A JUDGE, EXCEPT AS THIS SECTION ALLOWS.
20.5. Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies. Either of us may ask a court for an order to stop the misuse of intellectual property, of confidential information, or of the Service, while an arbitration goes on.
20.6. Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this Section 20 by emailing support@manage.tickets, within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, a notice that includes your name, your email address, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
20.7. If the class action waiver in 20.3 is found unenforceable for any claim, that claim must be heard in court, and not in arbitration, under Section 21.
21. Governing law and courts
21.1. The laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States govern these Terms, without regard to rules about conflicts of law.
21.2. Where a dispute is heard in court, it will be heard only in the state or federal courts in New Castle County, Delaware, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
22. General
22.1. Changes to these Terms. We may change these Terms. Where a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the Service, and ask you to accept the new version before you continue. Your acceptance of each version, with its date and time, is recorded. A change never applies to a dispute already notified under Section 20.
22.2. Electronic communications. You agree to receive notices, agreements, and other communications from us electronically, by email or in the Service, and agree that they satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Email we send about your account, sign-in, security, and these Terms is part of the Service, and does not require a separate consent.
22.3. Whole agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service, and replace any earlier agreement about it.
22.4. Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited as little as needed, and the rest stays in force.
22.5. No waiver. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
22.6. Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, or to an affiliate.
22.7. Events beyond control. We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as an outage of a hosting provider, a failure of an outside service, a natural disaster, or an attack on the internet.
22.8. No partnership. Nothing in these Terms makes you and us partners, agents, or employer and employee.
22.9. Headings. Headings are for convenience only, and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
